• Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return
• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Products must be in their original condition and packaging

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are made to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used food powders or camphor
• Any product where the seal is broken

Shipping for Returns

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly
